At Grove Mindful Coaching, my work is rooted in a deep commitment to self-love—not the surface-level kind, but a genuine, honest practice of learning to stay with yourself, especially in moments that feel uncomfortable, messy, or hard. I’m a DBT coach, mindfulness meditation teacher, and someone who came to this path through lived experience. This foundation shapes how I show up: grounded, present, and real. I’m not here to position myself as an expert above you, but to sit with you, support you, and help you build the skills and awareness that allow you to relate to yourself and your life with more care and clarity.
My work is rooted in DBT, mindfulness, and reverence for the complexity of being human. I care about helping people feel more connected—to themselves, to others, and to their lives. Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, navigating relationships, or learning how to be more present, the foundation is the same: building a more compassionate, supportive relationship with yourself.
